In other news, I'm going to strip down this website design to be more focused on content. Being a designer, you can actually end up getting carried away in Photoshop. While I'm proud of this design, the "Nawful" Design, I think it is a bit... distracting. Plus the home page is the blog, not the actual current comic. X|

It's been YEARS, friends. And now, to celebrate the 10th anniversary of The Funny Guy Comix, all 320 of the comix are online in their enhanced, refined form, for your viewing. You can read up on our history, read the character bios, check out some other comic projects we've done, and play the FGRPG! During the years FGComics has been in the dark, I've done some videos in the name of the company, and those are now owned by my personal YouTube channel, HighFive Entertainment. There you can find The Korean War, Elephant Toothpaste, and our video adaptation of The Catcher in the Rye.
I'm going to overhaul the FGRPG, because I'm a perfectionist, and a masochist.
Version 1.1, which was talked about since 2006, is actually in the works now, when I get time to chip away at it. Here's a list of some changes I have in mind: (Most of this is brainstorming, I'm not actually sure how difficult each one may be to implement) I'm aiming to completely change the story. The Humorless will be all but removed, and the random things you'll encounter will just be "animals" or "monsters" you use to train, and not an omnipresent collective puppet show. Boss fights will focus primarily on the Evilies themselves and adhere to the storyline outlined in the comics.
- Skillsets will be reduced and made more accurate to the specific Funny Guy's abilities.
- Items will be less RPG-generic and more canon.
- The government (i.e. the "mayors", military, and the Prime Minister) will be more or less completely removed, I felt that they made Funnyland seem very controlled and not like it actually is, friggen chaotic.
- Most sprites will be stick figures.
- The traveling system will work differently, right now the world works similar to the Pokemon GBA games, I want to make it more like a traditional RPG with a world map that you use to travel between points of interest, and have hostile zones work more like roadblocks
- The environments will be made more uniform across the land, as well as adding more diversity.
- Modern environments, 1.0.4 felt medieval at some points.
- The game will be made longer.
- I feel like TimeTravel and Olymp are superfluous, so I will be removing them
- Potty-P will recieve a more central role. He may replace "inns" and be more like his comic version, where he is nearly omnipresent wherever the FGs go, and his drinks will restore the party's health.
- The ability to save anywhere
- Custom menu system
- Advanced character control for some small platforming sessions (such as crouching to enter small caves that may contain items or lead you to a side quest.
- Icons will be introduced for items and skills to help identify them
- The battle system will now display health/ability bars next to portraits, so the player can more easily react to changing battle situations.
- Status ailments will be modified.
